Join us for a five-course Winter Harvest dinner celebrating one of the world's best-kept wine secrets. Switzerland produces exceptional wines from distinctive alpine vineyards, yet less than 2% of its production ever leaves the country. This is a rare opportunity to experience these unique varieties alongside a menu designed to showcase the richness and comfort of winter.
This dinner is a collaboration between the Hudsons Road team and Daniel Sangermani from Invidia Wines. Mel Nelson has created a menu inspired by the best flavours of winter, while Hudsons Road Sommelier Sophie Johnston has worked alongside Daniel to pair each course with exceptional Swiss wines. Daniel will guide guests through the wines and the stories behind them throughout the evening.
